Refund policy

At EMBRO CANVAS, we take pride in the premium quality of our high-density digitized embroidery. Because each t-shirt is customized and crafted to order, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.

1. 3-Day Return Window: Customers must initiate a return request within exactly 3 days of receiving their package. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited package opening/unboxing video is strictly MANDATORY. The video must show the shipping label clearly, and the package must be opened on camera showing the item from the very beginning. If no unboxing video is provided, the return will be rejected.

3. Valid Reasons for Return: Returns or exchanges are ONLY accepted under the following two conditions:
- Significant embroidery/stitching defects or mistakes.
- Physically damaged or torn product received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or color preferences. 

4. Personal Approval Process: Once you submit your return request, unboxing video, and reason to our email, our team will personally review the footage. If the damage or stitching defect is verified, we will approve your request and initiate the return or exchange process.
